Branch Manager Semarang Office (Freight Forwarding)
Job Description:
1. Responsible for managing the sales and operations of Freight Forwarding and customer relationships of the branch office.
2. Negotiating Sales deals with customers and following up on a regular basis
3. Monitoring Freight Forwarding Operation processes
4. Manage our Freight Forwarding Semarang Team to achieve growth and hit sales targets in the required time
5. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in related fields
2. Clear and concise communication skills (excellent verbal, written and email communication skills, strong relationship building skills)
3. Minimum 5 years experience in freight forwarding, have experience as sales & operation freight forwarding
4. Consistently meeting or exceeding targets
5. Have a good understanding of freight forwarding operations processes
6. Have reliable vendors on hand to facilitate operations processes
7. Have loyal customers on hand for Freight Forwarding services
8. A good attitude and ability to work in a team
9. Well organized and good follow up skills
10. Fluent in English, fluent in mandarin will be an advantage
11. Willing to be placed in Semarang
