Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Proven track record of acquiring new clients with a strong “hunter” mindset
Strong network or access to large companies is a definite advantage
Background in advertising, events, promotions, retail, or FMCG industries is highly preferred
Speaks business English
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with major Indonesian companies, including FMCG, retail brands, shopping malls, and event organizers
Conduct proactive cold outreach, networking activities, and client meetings
Develop customized proposals that integrate merchandise and promotional campaigns
Lead negotiations and close deals independently, from initial contact through contract signing
Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and account growth
