The Business Planning Assistant Manager role supports business planning and operational performance through budget management, market intelligence, and supply chain coordination. Working on-site, the position combines analytical planning with order, delivery, import licence, and inventory administration to support business operations in the mining and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
Manage budget planning and performance monitoring
Conduct market intelligence activities to support business planning
Manage customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules
Support purchasing activities and import licence administration
Monitor tyre inventory, including incoming and outgoing stock management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any field
7 to 10 years of experience in market research and business planning
Experience in supply chain, logistics, import processes, or operational control will be an advantage
Experience working in a culturally diverse environment or organisation will be an advantage
Understanding of mining and industrial businesses and sales administration processes will be an advantage
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Business-level English proficiency
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with effective planning capabilities and a disciplined approach
Experience using Power BI and SAP will be an advantage
