CATEGORY COMMERCIALIZATION MANAGER
He/she should lead multiple projects from confirmation sample to consumer-based ready for manufacturing, track the trial production and standardization process across new shoe models in various categories, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering, etc.
2. 10+ years of related experience, knowledge in shoe manufacturing is a big plus
3. 5+ years in managerial position with proven expertise
4. Good command of English both spoken and written
5. Willing to work in Serang (Banten) for 2 years, then will be transferred to the Central Java area
