Chief Financial Officerr (CFO) - Surabaya & Pasuruan based
with the requirement as follow :
Basic requirement:
- Bachelor degree in finance accounting
- CA or CPA
- Prior experiences with ASX listed company preferred
Area of responsibility
- Manage finance department across the group
- Preparation of local and group statutory accounts
- Preparation of accounting position papers
- Preparation of remuneration reports
- Preparation of various workpaper for all necessary regulatory disclosures
- Liaise and act as PIC with external auditors across the group
- Response to ASIC enquiries to Australia entities
- Preparation of all ASX reports
- Preparation of various tax returns across the group, monthly and annually
- Manage bank accounts across the group
- Prepare monthly reports across the group, explain variance to the board
- Sit with local heads within group to review monthly performance
- Ensure all accounts are in good orders
- Ensure all financial records and statement are complete and in good orders
- Budgeting and forecasting for the group
- Ownership and supervision of company assets
- Work with HRD for payroll across the group
