Our client is a nutrition and feed mills from Netherland is currently looking for:
Compensation & Benefit Lead (Based in Bekasi)
v Setting up the HRIS system, especially in Payroll, Leave and Time Attendance.
v Design a compensation package based on business goal and strategy.
v Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organization culture.
v Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks.
v Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
v Handling the administrative things such as tax, payroll and database.
v Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
v At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
v Applicants must be willing to work in Bantar Gebang and live in Bekasi/Cibubur/Bogor
v Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
v Candidate must have analytical skills.
v Candidate who have been involved in the HR system project.
v Proficiency in English (Verbal & Written).
