Compensation Benefit Manager
main responsibility :
Responsibilty for Compensation & benefit in all unit business (2000 pesons) and also handle
Payroll for Managerial Level (145 persons) & Head Office Employee (55 persons)
Qualification :
1. Male
2. Experience 5 years as Manager Compensation & Benefit in Foreign Private
Company (especially Korean)
3. Last Education are Bachelor Degree Any Major
4. Fluent in English
5. Expert calculate payroll in Ms. Excell and Income Tax
6.. Domicile in Jakarta Area
7. 1 week notification for join
