Job Roles :
Develop the marketing strategy, media plan, budgeting based on market study and customer profiling, business priority, and blueprint on business expansion to grow brand equity in the retail industry of Indonesian market.
Present the marketing strategy to senior/BOD and collaborate across functions to achieve company’s goals
Conducting market and competitor analysis.
Manage online assets such as website, social media and drive traffic and revenue for the company as well as engage customers better.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree from reputable University.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and ever worked in well-known brand
Job Role in Management or Supervisor/Team Leader.
Able to communicate in English (Advanced both verbal & written).
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel.
Good in communication skill, fast learner, have attention in detail, analytical, creative, have various network in relationship
Have experience running successful marketing campaign
Have knowledge of web/Google analytics is plus.
Has a good attitude, mature, honest, responsible, integrity and good interpersonal skill,
Must be open and able to learn new system and have a desire to improve process.
Have experience in Marketing such as: PR, ATL, BTL, brand management, digital marketing and E-Commerce
