Executive Manager of Country Quality Management Lead
(Tangerang Based)

Description :  

·         Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of established programs, policies, and procedures to ensure

·         Prepare the annual Quality Assurance operating budget, developing Direct Reports and other quality organizational needs

·         Ensure that Quality Assurance personnel are trained to perform their duties effectively and efficiently to manage the quality management system requirements

·         Assist in new product development to establish quality standards, customer defined quality standards, customer supplier base and manufacturing capabilities are established prior to initial production

·         Communicate with customers and suppliers as and when quality problem arises for quick resolutions

·         Analyze customer complaints and facilitate corrective actions and report back to the customers

·         Review and update all quality management system procedures as required by properly guiding the managers and quality engineering team

·         Travels to manufacturing and customer sites as necessary to support the global business

·         Supports Capital Expenditure decisions with Cost of Quality data

·         Supports Flow Solutions Group One Factory Initiatives

·         Follow company program

o   Compulsory to comply and implement all OSH regulations and culture (including the use of PPE), energy, quality and environment.

o   Providing information about occupational accidents, reports on issues and provide advice related to OHS program, energy, quality and environment (solid waste, water, and chemicals).


Requirements :

·         Bachelor’s degree or above major in engineering and manufacturing or physical/mathematical/applied science

·         Minimum 5 years above in quality management

·         Communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving ability; planning and project management skills; persistence and the ability to influence others; the ability to lead and motivate a team; a strategic approach to work; the ability to facilitate change; skills in numerical and statistical analysis; attention to detail; an understanding and appreciation of other people’s work disciplines, such as engineering and science

·         Language proficiency : Fluently in English both conversation, reading & writing

·         Other requirement :

o   Problem solving process ; process improvement ; quality planning; risk management

o   Candidates must be aware about safety & health and make it be their priority
