Purpose of the Position:
  • Lead all digital marketing activity.
  • Plan, develop, execute, and evaluate the performance of digital marketing.  Manage all owned assets such as company website and social media
  • Do data-driven marketing as part of Digital transformation
  • Technical and operational responsibilities and duties:
    1. Performance marketing: Plan, develop, execute and review digital marketing activity based on performance result. .
    2. Web/Social media management: Manage CMS of company website and owned social media assets.
    3. CRM implementation: Thru data analysis, implement CRM activity based on data as part of digital transformation.
    4. Digital Contents Management

  1. Work with other function and lead to establish digital marketing support
  2. Manage KPI and Performance of digital marketing activity
  3. Work Relationship:
    1. Internal
      1. Marketing Communication :        
  • Budgeting
  • Marketing guideline for product and brand visibility
  • Support building digital marketing activity
 
      1. Sales :        
  • Sell in/Sell out data
  • Sellout support based on data-driven marketing
  • E-commerce on-site, off-site marketing support
 
    1. External
      1. Co-work with each related agencies appointed by company
      2. Co-work with sales channel.
  1. Authorities:
    1. Lead digital marketing strategy under consensus with Corporate marketing team and Marketing department leader
    2. Technical decision related with digital marketing
  2. Work Challenges and Difficulties:
    1. Improve the performance of owned assets.
    2. Coping with the dynamics of digital marketing
    3. Build and utilize digital transformation eco system.

    1. Financial:
      1. Budget: under Total annual Marketing Communication budget 
    2. Non Financial:
      1. Direct Subordinate : _3_ person
      2. Indirect Subordinate : _other employees below part leader position
  4. Position Requirements:
    1. Formal Education: Min. S1, equivalent
    2. Work Experience:  5 year in the same/similar position.
    3. Technical Requirements:
      1. Performance marketing
