Purpose :

You will responsible for the financial health of the company, manage external and internal financial reports, provide financial insight and analysis to support management's decision and develop business strategies. You will also have hands-on involvement in commercial projects and implementation of system and processes

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor the day to day financial operation within the company
  • Support implementation of commercial projects such as new go to market and business models
  • Manage 3rd party services for tax preparation, auditiing, banking and other financial needs as necessary
  • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
  • Research and analysis financial reports and market trends
  • Provide insighful information and recommendation to the management team to aid in long term an short team decision making
  • Review technical data and prepare monthly and annual reports internal and external
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
  • Any other duities and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Business Adminsitration, Accounting or similar
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experiences
  • Proficient in SAP FI/FICO and SAP BW
  • Experienced user of Power BI and other data analytical tool
  • Leadership and influencing skills with an ability to communicate to different areas of the business and all hieracrchy levels
  • High level business acumen with the ability to think creatively, challenging the status quo and embracing change
  • Strong interpersonal and people managemnet skills including recruitment, performance management, development, motivation and team building
  • Accountability and reliability, very strong analytical skills , strategic mindset, comfortable with ambiquity, highly organized and able to set priorities
