Job Descriptions:
Assist in managing end‑to‑end forwarding operations for air, sea, and land shipments.
Ensure smooth handling of import, export, and domestic shipments.
Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues or delays promptly.
Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, trucking companies, customs brokers, and overseas agents.]
Support the supervision and daily guidance of forwarding officers and coordinators.
Assist in workload distribution and performance monitoring of the team.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and internal SOPs.
Assist with audits, risk management, and compliance reviews.
Act as a point of contact for key customers regarding shipment updates and operational issues.
Support customer service excellence by handling escalations professionally.
Negotiate and maintain relationships with carriers, agents, and vendors where required.
Train and onboard new staff on operational procedures and systems.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.).
