Our client is a Local Dredging Company which located in Jakarta is currently looking for:
GM Operation & Commercial (Dredging)
Responsibilities:
v Direct report to Directors
v Direct Report Subordinates: Project Manager, Operational, HSE
v Plan, direct and be responsible for the work methods that have been determined and ensure the project runs smoothly
v Controlling, monitoring and being responsible for the equipment used in accordance with the needs
v Control, monitor and be responsible for the volume dredged according to the bathymetric map
v Controlling, monitoring and being responsible for existing projects and making predetermined methods
v Controlling, monitoring and being responsible for good relations on behalf of the Company with service users
v Control, monitor and be responsible for the annual budget of dredging project
v Control, monitor and be responsible for every operating cost including costs during the project
Requirements:
v Civil Engineering, Shipping, Geology and Construction Bachelor Degree or Master Degree
v Below 50 years old
v Has minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Manager position in Dredging or Reclamation
v English is a MUST
v Willing to:
o Work contract based (6 months contract for beginning)
o Work at Site in Patimban (West Java), project location at the moment
o Work 24/7 (Monday to Sunday)
v Technical skills
o Planning and dredging implementation, including in determining work tools, such as TSHD, CSD, Clamshell
o Understanding the use of CSD, TSHD and Grab Dredger tools
o Preparing dredging methods and work sequences
o Calculating commercial calculations
o Having a dredging certification process
o Understanding the concepts of marine science, geology and infrastructure
v Non-Technical skills
o High integrity and loyalty
o Have good project management analysis skills
o Having good networking, both with Bouwhir and the ship / equipment owner
o Have good leadership skills in managing the team
