- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior commercial, business development, or sales leadership roles within medical devices, medical aesthetic and plastic surgery industry in global or multinational company.
Strong exposure to implants, aesthetic products, plastic surgery-related products, injectables, fillers, Botox, or other medical aesthetic solutions.
Proven track record in expanding market coverage, developing new clients, and driving business growth in Indonesia.
Strong network with plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and distributors is highly preferred.
- Lead and grow commercial business operations in Indonesia within the medical aesthetics industry.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with plastic surgeons, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to strengthen market presence and increase brand awareness.
- Manage sales performance, revenue targets, forecasting, and overall commercial activities.
- Collaborate closely with regional management to align local business direction with regional growth plans.
