Head of Freight Forwarding
1. Responsible for managing the sales and operations of Freight Forwarding and customer relationships of the company.
2. Negotiating Sales deals with customers and following up on a regular basis
3. Monitoring Freight Forwarding Operation processes
4. Achieve growth and hit sales targets in the required time
5. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
1. Bachelor or Master degree in related fields
2. Clear and concise communication skills (excellent verbal, written and email communication skills, strong relationship building skills)
3. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager of Freight Forwarding, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
4. Have a deep understanding of freight forwarding operations processes
5. Have few good vendors on hand to facilitate operations processes
6. Have few loyal customer on hand for Freight Forwarding services
7. Have experience in big forwarding company and leading a big team is a plus point
8. A good attitude and ability to work in a team
9. Well organized and good follow up skills
10. Fluent in English, fluent in mandarin will be an advantage
