Job description:
1. Make planning, implementing and evaluating trainers, training and the company’s annual budget
2. Oversee FL/AFL/GL/TL communication meetings and operator face to face with management
3. Oversee the implementation of the process critical certificate audit
4. Oversee data relating to NMI and FDPA
5. Oversee the implementation of new employee recruitment, transfer, and internship
6. Oversee performance appraisal and preparation of employee job descriptions
7. Oversee the submission of videos and posters from relevant departments
8. Oversee renewal of departmental organizational structure every month
9. Support the implementation of internal and external audits related to HR department
10. Plan annual and occasional activities carried out by HR department
11. Implement the applicable K3L and Energy standards
