One of our client, which is a well known manufacture company, seeks for HR Manager (will be placed in Central Java).

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of HRM/Business Administration/Psychology
  • Related work experience 10 years in HR fields
  • 5+ years experience in management
  • Excellent English (listening, reading, writing, speaking)

 

Job description:

  • Oversee all HR functions, including: recruiting, payroll, benefits,  compensation,  performance management, and employee training and engagement along with other generalist duties.
  • Drive HR strategic planning. Lead the effort to recruit, hire, train and retain an exceptional and diverse staff in support of business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations. Ensure alignment with corporate vision, values, financial objectives, and strategic priorities.
  • Become an influential change agent in developing HR capabilities and dynamism as a high-performance leadership organization.
