Our client, a reputable Japanese automotive manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead and manage human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and administration
✅ Manage HR team and coordinate with other departments
✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
✅ Handle employee development, training, and performance management
✅ Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation administration
✅ Support HR projects and initiatives
✅ Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Requirements
✅ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field
✅ Minimum 3~5 years of HR experience with supervisory role
✅ Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
✅ Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
✅ Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
