One of our client is a Japanese company engage in power business. Currently they are looking for a HRGA Staff.

Job Description:
- Responsible for all in relation to HRDA for Kantor Perwakilan Perusahaan Asing (KPPA). The details as follows:
(HR)
- Documentation and coordination with agents in relation to office licenses/permits and its obligation
- Documentation and coordination with agents in relation to visa/work permit/KITAS etc. for foreign expatriates
- Management of work agreement with employees and company regulation etc.
- Coordination and negotiation in relation to work condition and/or fringe benefit with employee and/or labor union
- Coordination with HQ in Singapore in relation to employee’s salary
- Management and register of BPJS and/or income tax of employees and coordination with tax consultants
- Management of employee’s work log and health condition including legal check-up
(GA)
- Responsible for all in relation to office operation
- Revision and operation of office rule/guideline
- Purchase of office stuff
- Management of service contract with venders/agents in relation to office operation
- Management of service contract with agent in relation to employee’s fringe benefit
- Management of other contracts
- Management of office asset and equipment including PC and mobile phone
- Training and education of compliance for employees
- Support for foreign expatriates
- Secretarial support for chief representative
- Translation support
- Ad hoc orders by the company

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • Required skills: human resource activity, Kantor Perwakilan Perusahaan Asing (KPPA) administrations, visa/work permit/kitas, general affairs, payroll & bpjs administration, English at business level.
  • Required language: English
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jl. Jend. Sudirman.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position available.
