Responsibilities:
- Managing corporate legal and ensuring compliance with regulations of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other regulatory bodies.
- Acting as the main contact with OJK, handling OJK audit and official visits.
- Prepare and submit regular reports and ad-hoc compliance reports to OJK and other external parties.
- Organizing and supporting the activity of company's mandatory committee, functions or work unit such as AML/CFT, internal audit, risk management.
- Handling communication with external stakeholders such as regulators, legal counsel, notary, industry associations etc.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, deeds, minutes of general meeting of shareholders, memorandum of BoD and BoC meeting, application letter etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bank or finance companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, with strong legal and regulatory knowledge.
- Familiar with OJK, PPATK, and other relevant authority regulations.
- Wide range experience in dealing with OJK, handling OJK audit, supporting fit & proper test for company's executives.
- Strong experience in research, documentation, and bilingual drafting (Bahasa & English) of contract, shareholders resolutions and other corporate legal document.
