One of our clients, a multinational manufacturing company in Tangerang (Banten - Indonesia), is looking for a:
LOGISTIC MANAGER
He / she will manage a team of warehousing staffs to ensure effective and efficient operation in the warehouse and the facilities within therein. Manage and oversee warehouse staff on a day-to-day basis including supervising, developing, motivating and guiding in order to achieve assigned goal. Conduct periodic performance appraisals for the staffs, provide on-time feedback to improve staff performance.
Requirements:
1. Indonesian, a holder of minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant industry from any reputable university
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in warehouse/logistic with minimum 3-4 years experience in leading team
3. Good command of English both spoken and written
4. Willing to work in Tangerang area
