LPK Recruitment and Marketing Staff

Our client, a reputable Japanese language training institution, is seeking a Recruitment and Marketing Staff to expand their network with training centers and manage candidate recruitment for Japanese internship programs.

Key Responsibilities 
✅ Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with training institutions 
✅ Manage candidate recruitment pipeline and database 
✅ Conduct regular follow-ups with potential candidates 
✅ Identify and explore new recruitment channels 
✅ Facilitate candidate screening, selection, and interview coordination 
✅ Work closely with internal teams to prepare candidates for overseas opportunities

Requirements 
✅ Minimum 0,5~1 year of experience in recruitment, training center operations, or partnership development 
✅ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
✅ Self-motivated with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities 
✅ Comfortable managing diverse stakeholder relationships 
✅ Japanese language proficiency minimum N3 level (higher levels are advantageous)
