Job Description :
Supervise Rubber production team to manage and execute production tasks : targets, delivery, quality and resource allocation
According to Rubber production schedule, lead a team to perform production activities..
According to Rubber production schedule, lead a team to perform production activities.
Assign daily workload to team members
Develop Rubber production program and guidelines to support team to achieve objective
Suggest Rubber process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity
Organize job trainings to team members to achieve production goals
Investigate Rubber production issues and develop resolution
Monitor Rubber equipment ,material flow and manpower requirements based on the forecast build plan
Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities
Monitor production activities and coordinate with PMC (Production planning & Material Control) for on-time delivery
Follow company program
- Compulsory to comply and implement all OSH regulations and culture (including the use of PPE), energy, quality and environment.
- Providing information about occupational accidents, reports on issues and provide advice related to OHS program, energy, quality and environment (solid waste, water, and chemicals).
Position Qualification :
Bachelor's degree or above Major in Chemical Engineer / Chemical Scince
Minimum 10 years material purchasing or control experience in a footwear industry
Willing to be placed in Tangerang
Fluently in English both conversation, reading & writing
Have knowledge’s of shoe outsole production; Understand about the Rubber production schedule, lead a team to perform production activities
Candidates must be aware about Safety & Health and make it be their priority
