Basic Requirements:
Possesses bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Production Manager in furniture, wooden door, or other woodworking manufacturing products.
Speaks English communicatively (There will be overseas business trip)
Responsibilities:
Possess strong expertise in production management and efficient manufacturing processes for furniture, wooden doors or other wood‑based products.
Experienced in applying high standards of workplace safety and product quality within furniture, wooden doors, or wood product manufacturing environments.
Capable of detailed planning across all production areas, including finishing, R&D, and QA‑QC, while efficiently managing resources and schedules to meet production targets.
Able to lead the implementation of TPM and TQM across production lines and consistently uphold 5S and Kaizen practices.
Skilled at identifying sudden production issues and resolving them quickly with effective solutions.
Well‑versed in the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Have a solid understanding of related functions such as HR, marketing, finance, administration, and other supporting business areas.
