The Production Manager role is responsible for overseeing daily textile production line operations. This role is ideal for an experienced production leader with a background in textile manufacturing, especially dyeing, who can manage teams, maintain production standards, and support smooth operational execution.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily textile production line operations
Lead and develop a team of 20–40 employees, including Assistant Managers
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met
Monitor production processes and implement improvements
Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Minimum SMA, SMK, D3, D4, or S1 qualification in any field
Experience in textile production management
Dyeing experience is highly preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Basic knowledge of chemical compounds used in textile production is an advantage
Managerial experience in textile dyeing manufacturing is preferred
Experience in textile dyeing production is preferred
Managerial experience in textile manufacturing is preferred
Experience in textile production, including spinning, is preferred
Managerial experience in general manufacturing is preferred
