The Production Planning and Control (PPC) Staff role supports production-related data management and reporting activities within a manufacturing environment. The position focuses on maintaining PPC data, preparing reports, analysing manufacturing information, and coordinating data updates with production and related departments.
Responsibilities
Compile and manage production-related data
Prepare regular production reports using Microsoft Excel
Monitor and maintain PPC data
Analyse and organise manufacturing data for internal reporting
Coordinate with production and related departments regarding data updates
Support other PPC administrative and reporting activities
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
1.5–2 years of experience in PPC, production control, production administration, or a related role
Experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing companies
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables, and other Excel functions confidently
Good numerical and data management skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable handling production data
Good communication and coordination skills
