The Project Management Office - Fibre Optic (FO) Deployment role oversees end-to-end deployment projects delivered by third-party contractors. This onsite position monitors schedules, milestones, quality, and performance while coordinating with contractors, customers, local authorities, and other external partners to support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end FO deployment projects executed by third-party contractors
Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and deployment targets
Ensure project deliverables are completed according to the agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines
Track project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deployment performance metrics
Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and deployment partners
Support coordination with customers, building management, local authorities, and external partners
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), project management, network deployment, or telecommunications operations
Experience supervising Outside Plant (OSP) deployment projects is highly preferred
Strong understanding of FO network deployment and OSP infrastructure
Experience working with Field Maintenance (FM) or Project Execution (PE) teams
Proficiency in project management methodologies and reporting tools
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project-tracking tools
