The Project Manager role offers the opportunity to lead mechanical and electrical construction projects from planning through to delivery. This role plays an important part in ensuring projects are completed in line with quality, budget, safety, and timeline requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary MEP activities and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver mechanical and electrical construction projects in line with quality, budget, safety, and schedule requirements
Oversee multidisciplinary MEP activities across the full project lifecycle
Manage project teams to support effective and timely project execution
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project
Ensure successful project completion in accordance with project objectives and operational requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience, in project management is an advantage
Computer literate with excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Strong understanding of MEP and related building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, power distribution, and associated site systems
Capable of reading construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
Have leadership and communication skills
Have integrity and work professionalism
Have a sense of risk management
Able to undertake site visits and work across project locations as required
