SALES DEPARTMENT HEAD - COATING & RESINS
Department Manager is responsible for C&R Department activities, which includes, Sales, marketing, technical services, inventory management, operation expenses management, people planning & development, and P&L accountabilities. This position requires to plan and manage selling operations of Department to achieve sales target, and sales income as well as to ensure meeting the expectations and needs of all customers and principals.
Requirements:
1. Indonesian with Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field from reputable university
2. Minimum 8 years experience in Sales & Marketing in similar industry / segment
3. Strong Sales acumen and self-motivation
4. Strong leadership skills and people management
5. Fluent in English communication
