Company: Japanese trading in SCBD Jakarta
Requirements:
- Male, aged between 37-42 years old
- Communicative in Japanese and able to speak English (mandatory)
- Experience in Steel importation and regulation
- Have knowledge in Steel inventory and niguri calculation
- Good relation with Government or association (JJC) is advantage
- Experience in Automotive industry is advantage
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication and analytical skill
- Proficient in Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
Job description:
- Manage and control Steel section administration, inventory, price
- Administration include import regulation, shipping document, negotiate with supplier
- Inventory include inventory input to system, summary and report to management, and headquarter (HTJ)
- Check order situation 4Wheels-2Wheels business, negotiate with steel makers
-Price include check quarterly price and spot, discuss with customers
- Make and report in weekly & monthly management meeting
- Make and report for quarterly budget to management
- Follow up and join association meeting up update regulation changes
- Conduct meeting and negotiation with suppliers, customers
- Join meeting with related Government for regulation issue
