SALES MARKETING SENIOR MANAGER
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Directing, and controlling the company's sales and marketing function so that policies, procedures, and activities meet the group's short and long-term business objectives, comply with regulations and standards, and protect the group's public reputation.
2. Establishing targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the organisation against these goals.
3. Defining the overall sales and marketing organisation structure to achieve corporate sales and marketing objectives
1 Experience in Automative Company specially in After Market min : 10 years
2 Proven experience as Senior Manager or similar execuive
3 Experience in planning and budgeting
4 Knowledge of business process and function
5 Strong analytical ability
6 Excellent communication skills
7 Outstanding Organizational and leadership skills
8 Problem solving aptitude
9 Quick adaptation
