The Sales Representative role supports business development across new and existing customer accounts within an international trading environment. Working onsite, the position uses Japanese and English to build client relationships, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and manage proposals, product specifications, samples, pricing, and supporting documentation.
Responsibilities
Support sales development activities for both existing and new customers
Visit and engage with existing and potential clients while maintaining regular communication
Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with suppliers and customers on product specifications, samples, and pricing
Requirements
JLPT N3 or N2 certification
Experience working in a Japanese company or in a sales position requiring Japanese language skills
Strong business communication and negotiation skills in Japanese and English
Positive, ambitious, disciplined, and responsible approach
Valid SIM A driving licence
Experience working in Japan would be an advantage
Experience with textile or hygiene materials would be highly regarded
