Our client is a Processors and Packers of all Indonesian tobacco varieties that located in Jember (Jawa Timur) is currently looking for:
Senior Manager Operations Finance (Jember Based)
Responsibilities:
v Acts as the financial expert of an operations finance and fund management team, he/she will be responsible for managing and influencing sound business decisions including strategy development, business planning, financial forecasting, operations controlling, cash flow management and capital planning.
v He/she will report directly to Financial Controller.
v Developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures for all Indonesia entities.
v Planning, organizing and coordinating financial closing process for all Indonesia entities with internal and external auditors.
v Ensuring successful completion of the company’s tax filings for all Indonesia entities.
v Leading the accounting and tax functions in the preparation of accounts and conducting quarterly/yearly auditing and the final preparation of accounts.
v Preparing financial statements for all Indonesia entities which he/she delivers directly to Financial Controller.
v Ensuring departmental compliance with tax requirements as well as accepted accounting principles.
v Leading the department in the documentation of all financial books and records.
v Pro-actively providing advice and recommendations for the business from an accounting and taxation perspective.
v Performing operational and financial analyzes within operations units (i.e., warehouse, growing facility, factory, etc.) and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management team.
v Developing and implementing operational and financial controls to achieve business objectives.
v Providing guidance and direction to internal operations team for improving operational and financial performance.
v Leading the preparation and evaluation of annual budgets for all Indonesia entities, etc.
Main Competencies Requirements:
v Strong communication, organizational, technology and leadership skills
v Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
v Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
v High degree of accuracy and integrity required
v Public accounting experience is an advantage
v A minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting
v Strong project management
v Strong attention to detail
v Strong written and verbal communication
v Ability to exercise discretion whilst managing confidential information
v A minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting
v Must be computer literate with good written and spoken English

Skills & Knowledge:
v Proficient working with Microsoft Office
v Experience with ERP systems
v Advance financial systems knowledge preferred (i.e., Hyperion, Oracle)
