Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing and business plans for the projector category in alignment with regional and headquarters objectives.
Drive market expansion and revenue growth through vertical business management, channel strategy, and lead generation initiatives.
Oversee product lifecycle management, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional planning.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging, campaign execution, and performance alignment.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve business goals and maintain operational excellence.
Partner with sales teams to design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and brand visibility.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree in any major, master's degree is a plus point
Minimum 15 years experiences in sales and product marketing leadership (Visual Instrument or Tech Industry).
+5 years in a supervisory role managing teams.
+5 years in B2B Business Setting.
Strong analytical skills, planning and execution.
Strong people management skills, with experience leading a diverse team of at least 5 individuals.
Demonstrated experience in engaging and communicating regularly with regional counterparts to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00.
Excellent knowledge of English (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus point).
Pleasant interpersonal skill, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong team players, independent, able to work under pressure to achieve goal.
Proficient in both PC and Mac, MS. Office Applications. Team player with the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal relationships skills.
