JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Prepare annual department budget for Supervisor approval and ensure the effective and efficient use of the allocated budget
• Develop products/ assets/ factory security plan according to PSMS Score, as activities guideline
• Conduct security risk management, mitigation, and analysis, to be able to identify potential security breach and take preventive action
• Conduct security awareness training programs for all employees, to have better understanding of product/ asset/ factory/ product information security aspect
• Organize, control, and coordinate security activities, including loss prevention duties, to secure products/ assets/ factory, as well as product information
• Ensure security issues/ problems are solved properly, to have safe products/ assets/ factory
• Conduct inspection for security issue, identify continuous improvement opportunities, to ensure compliance to SOP/ ERP
• Maintain and files correct and accurate security-related logs, create all security reports, as information to relevant party
• Develop and conduct periodic review for Security SOPs and ERPs, control the implementation, to ensure full understanding of SOP/ ERP
· Manage security-related system (i.e. Electronic Access Control System, Visitor Management), in order to provide appropriate access for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors
• Evaluate and develop team's performance and ability, to keep high performing team
• Keep high confidentiality of all company data/ information, as part of Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• Prepare Headcount plan & annual budget, control the implementation of departmental Operational expenses and Capital Expenditure.
• Supervise Security administration, KPI, Performance Management, Product Security Manufacturing System, Information Security Management System, Supply Chain Security audit include C-TPAT Audit.
• Devise and write detailed Site Security Department Plans to mitigate the security risks identified in the security risk assessment.
• Follow company program :
o Compulsory to comply and supervise all OHS regulations, culture, and programs (including ensuring work tools in accordance with standards) energy, quality, and environment
o Identifying, reporting, conducting reviews related to OHS programs (Occupational Accidents, OHS Audits and improvements), energy (including energy use), quality and environment (solid waste, water, and chemicals)
Position Qualification :
· Min. Academic Qualification : Bachelor's degree or above in any major
· Experience / Background Needed : At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is requires for this position
