Technical Junior Manager – Bakery & Pastry (Cikarang Area)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to lead and manage our client’s Baking Centre operations. This role is responsible for managing technical teams, developing standardized recipes, implementing effective team working systems, and creating bakery and pastry applications aligned with market trends and business targets. The Technical Manager will also be responsible for continuous monitoring and evaluation of team performance and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop technical bakery teams.
Oversee daily operations of the Baking Centre.
Develop, standardize, and implement recipes for Cake, Pastry, Danish, and Bread.
Establish and improve team working systems and technical processes.
Develop innovative product applications aligned with current trends and target markets.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve team performance and technical outcomes.
Ensure quality consistency, efficiency, and best practices across all operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in technical bakery and pastry roles.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Manager or similar leadership position.
Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in Cake, Pastry, Danish, and Bread applications (technical assessment score minimum 8.5 or equivalent).
Proven leadership experience with strong people management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, with English proficiency equivalent to a minimum score of 8.
Strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a Technical Manager.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on with technical execution.
