Key Responsibilities:
• Manage established End user and Channel Sales Partner relationships.
• Expand sales in existing customers and distribution partners while actively looking for new customer generation aggressively with a Hunter Mentality.
• Analyzing Data and identifying trend to set opportunities for growth with the Territory Manager and providing competitive insights on the Malaysia market situation.
• Achieve sales targets and other KPIs as defined by the management.
• Maintains intense market knowledge of competitors and market gaps.
• Provide technical expertise on products (e.g., product lifecycle obsolescence), customer programs (e.g., product upgrades) and customer cost savings initiatives.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and follow-ups to successfully close business accounts.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of sales experience in metal cutting tools or CNC machine business.
• Self-motivated, aggressive in pursuing objectives, and can work with minimum supervision.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows/Office environment.
• Good in English spoken & Written skills.
• Learning agility, ability to understand technical products, systems, and solutions.
• Ability to assess customer needs competently.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, the ability to work with different functions.
