Our client is a reputable ERP Software provider for Supply Chain Management and Logistics across countries.
 
We are currently looking for Country Manager who will run sales and also operation in Indonesia.
What does a Country Manager do?
A high-performing Country Manager will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
 
Job Description
• Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.
• Provide guidance to sales representatives in their assigned duties.
• Respond to escalated customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Address customer inquiries about products and services offered.
• Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction to build business.
• Represent company brand in sales conferences and trade shows.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and specifications.
• Identify selling strategies and opportunities to increase revenue.
• Evaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements.
• Find and managing new partner or end user, selling the products in IT Project (tender or direct) for the product and solution division.
• Generate New Customer & New Sales Opportunities.
• Create and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategy.
• Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing, creating, developing, and selling to new customer is a must.
• Responsible for negotiating, tendering and communication (new customer and/or partners) to assigned target number.
• Responsible for building, managing the overall relationship with customer.
• Focusing on growing and developing existing customer with generating new coverage and customer.
• Achievement of sales through the direct sales.
• Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
• Sales target oriented, aggressive & initiative.
 
Requirements:
- Minimal 8 years of experience as sales manager in IT, especially selling Software/services, working with large high-profile accounts.
- Ability to solve customer-related problems in a positive manner.
- Proven ability to grow revenue and manage accounts.
- Experience analysing data, trends, and the market to develop key selling points.
- Experience articulating complex solutions to decision-makers and executives.
- Required Skill(s): Account Management, Sales and IT Related, Selling Skill, business quotation, Negotiation skill and Office Application.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
