Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize potential business opportunities in the EV market, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, suppliers, government agencies, and industry associations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies and action plans to meet revenue and market share targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, regulations, and policies related to electric vehicles.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build a strong professional network.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential partners and clients.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.
 
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in business development, preferably in the electric vehicle industry or a related sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the electric vehicle market, including industry trends, players, and technological advancements.
  • Strong network of contacts in the automotive industry, including OEMs, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret market data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required
