Our client is engaged in trading industry, a multinational company from Singapore.
Job Responsibility:
- Input some transactions to internet banking
- Receive invoice from supplier all entities
- Create invoices based on the approval and colaborate with tax staff for issue tax invoice.
- Prepare Listing AP & AR aging.
- Journal Entry all finance transactions.
- Payment Recapitulation.
- Withdrawal all Regular store and official store platform Shopee, Lazada,Tokopedia, TikTok.
- Prepare Withdrawal Report summary and detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Fluent in English and good communication skills.
- Proven experience for minimum 3 years.
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
