Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee the section budget.
- Manage expatriate work permits and licenses (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS).
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flight tickets, and visa applications.
- Handle general purchasing tasks.
- Supervise all drivers and office assistants, ensuring proper calculation of monthly salaries.
- Oversee the management of company and operational vehicles, office maintenance, office supplies, pantry inventory, and office equipment such as copiers.
- Take responsibility for asset management, including mobile phones, company vehicles, and other assets.
- Compile reports on new business developments and business changes for the Regional Office.
- Keep up to date with regulations in the GA & HR field and ensure compliance.
- Prepare required documentation and facilitate the audit process.
- Lead the planning and execution of various projects, including CSR initiatives and company events.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Law, Business Administration from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in General Affairs for a Japanese company.
- Fluent English, Japanese will be a plus.
- Able to operate Ms. Office.
