Make executive decisions on behalf of Bank's technological requirements

Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence

Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each

Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage

Track, analyse, monitor and supervise technology performance (system and infrastructure) metrics to ensure functionality & efficiency

Oversee data security and management

Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture including digital products architecture building

Manage product/software development life cycle (SDLC)

Build an agile development culture and set up a development team workflow

Establish the DevSecOps culture

Work closely with respective related Divisions to define and deliver new products and enhancements

Work with other Divisions to implement and enhance technologies to boost efficiency and productivity

Manage IT team to ensure they deliver high performance and success

Manage IT vendors to ensure third party services are well managed

Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards

Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
Job description:
-
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus

Proven experience as a CTO, Head of IT or similar leadership role
-
Extensive Banking industry knowledge with an eye towards the future

Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
-
Understanding of budgets and business-planning

Ability to conduct technological analyses and research and predict the ways that different technologies can impact Bank's development.
