Our client is building SEA’s largest auto-tech financial services business. They currently have a massive expansion across SEA. The client is working to influence USD 80Bn auto financial services business across the region and has already reached the #1 position in Indonesia. The company has a regional HQ based out of Singapore and has an operational presence across Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia with plans to expand in the rest of the SEA.
Responsibilities
- Managing business operations end to end and holding P&L responsibility.
- Build the strategy to create a profitable business vertical.
- Liaising with lenders like Banks, Financiers and managing the business relationship.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology & Operations.
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate and engage with legal and compliance teams.
- Focus on technology-enabled solutions for institutionalizing key processes and policies.
- Ensure people management through Monitoring, Training, and Retention of the Sales and Operations team.
- Review the performance of the business and ensure timely feedback and guidance.
Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be preferred.
- Have 6 - 8 experience with proven work experience as a P&L manager or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Team Management experience.
- P&L Management.
- Biz product understanding.
