Our client is a education institute located in South Jakarta.
Responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and LL Dikti.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of Legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing Legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures
- Maintains confidentiality of all personnel issues and information.
- Ensure all requested personnel actions are compliant company policy and procedures as well as adhere to established employment laws and guidelines
- Set, report on, and achieve specific metrics (KPIS) in the organization (all departments).
- Provide new hire orientation onboarding.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale & increase productivity and retention.
- Maintain HR Budget.
- Maintain active and terminated employee’s files.
- Employee relations matters to include employee concerns, coaching/counseling/documentation.
- As the primary consultant on various HR initiatives.
- Manages human resource support staff in order to ensure timely delivery of HR services.
- Maintain organized and clean filing/all work paper & related to administration work. Ensure compliance.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS,
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Psychology, a post-graduate degree is advantageous.
- Has experience of 10 years/more working at school/college/university & FMCG.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking.
- Good communication skills in English (written and speaking).
- Have a good knowledge of the expatriate’s documents processing.
