Our client is a education institute located in South Jakarta.
 
Responsibility
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and LL Dikti.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of Legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing Legal risk and ensuring  regulatory compliance.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures
  • Maintains confidentiality of all personnel issues and information.
  • Ensure all requested personnel actions are compliant company policy and procedures as well as adhere to established employment laws and guidelines
  • Set, report on, and achieve specific metrics (KPIS) in the organization (all departments).
  • Provide new hire orientation onboarding.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale & increase productivity and retention.
  • Maintain HR Budget.
  • Maintain active and terminated employee’s files.
  • Employee relations matters to include employee concerns, coaching/counseling/documentation.
  • As the primary consultant on various HR initiatives.
  • Manages human resource support staff in order to ensure timely delivery of HR services.
  • Maintain organized and clean filing/all work paper & related to administration work. Ensure compliance.
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS,
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Psychology, a post-graduate degree is advantageous.
  • Has experience of 10 years/more working at school/college/university & FMCG.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and speaking).
  • Have a good knowledge of the expatriate’s documents processing.
