A leading luxury lifestyle photography company, partnering with high-end resorts across Indonesia, is seeking a Resort Operations Manager to oversee multi-site operations based in Bali.
 

You will be responsible for ensuring that each resort delivers a consistent, world-class guest experience, while driving financial performance, maintaining strong partnerships, and identifying opportunities for new resort collaborations and expansion.
 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.
     
  2. Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in multi-site operations within the luxury hospitality, lifestyle retail, F&B, or other premium service industries (must-have).
  3. Fluency in English (must-have).
     
  4. Strong financial acumen — capable of managing budgets, analyzing revenue performance, and driving profitability.
     
  5. Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with luxury resorts or hospitality partners (identifying, initiating, and securing new partnership opportunities).
     
  6. Proven leadership in managing and developing multi-site teams, with a history of driving operational excellence, high team performance, and consistent achievement of business goals.
     
  7. Knowledge or passion for photography or visual experiences is an advantage.


Responsibilities:

  1. Multi-Site Operations & Leadership
    Oversee multiple resort locations, ensuring consistent service, brand standards, and seamless guest experiences. Provide hands-on guidance to Site Managers and implement efficient, scalable operational processes.
     
  2. Financial Oversight & Performance
    Drive financial results across all sites, managing revenues, budgets, and KPIs. Analyze performance, conduct reviews, and recommend strategies to boost profitability and operational efficiency.
     
  3. Team Management & Development
    Lead and develop multi-site teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Motivate teams to consistently deliver world-class guest experience.
     

     

  4. Partner Relationship Management
    Serve as primary liaison for resort partners, managing relationships, contracts, and alignment. Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to strengthen brand presence and mutual growth.
     

     

  5. Strategic Growth & Expansion
    Collaborate with leadership to evaluate new sites and expansion opportunities. Lead site launches and provides insights to maximize revenue, operational performance, and guest satisfaction.
