Job Purpose :

Product Marketinng - Someone who knows the fans market well. The role is to promote and market Khind products in the whole Indonesia. This role also requires someone who is tech savvy to promote our brand and product thru social media like FB, Instagram and so on. Besides, this person also need to know E-commerce so that we can market our products in E-commerce platform.

Marketing Operations & Insights

· Track performance of all marketing channels/campaigns

· Governance & knowledge-unlock new opportunities for growth

· Operate more effectively: SOPs, audits, etc.

· Conduct related market research & survey


  • Establish/ increase market share and revenue by identifying market opportunities, analyzing and evaluating market trends as well as competitor’s activities
  • Deliver the operating plan; achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the categories of business and/or key customers
  • Accountable for business development of our brand
  • Manage and liaising with E-Commerce platform to generate E-Commerce sales
  • Maintenance of website and social media profiles (Facebook/ Instagram / Youtube etc), including content generation and copy-writing
  • Responsible for content translation and localization
  • Accountable for the management of all marketing activities and analysis
  • Generate new ideas and marketing plan in brand building
  • In charge of online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Manage and responsible for stock controlling
  • Controlling and maintaining monthly PSI report
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing department to drive sales
  • Responsible to provide monthly report to Business Head
  • Any other task/project assigned by management


  • Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Communications fields
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Product Marketing of Consumer Electronic or FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce best practices and experience
  • Demonstrated success in defining, implementing, and advocating effective E-Commerce process, methods and tools.
  • Experience in handling Social media platforms and content writing
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Able to travel
