Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Injection Molding products manufacturing or other automotive spare parts.
Proficient in English.
Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
Proficiency in handling Quality Management Systems.
Skilled in managing customer complaints.
Familiarity with ISO standards.
Willing to work in Karawang
Responsibilites:
- Monitor, analyze, research, and test the development of all manufactured products.
- Supervise the product manufacturing process.
- Ensure product quality verification.
- Document inspections and tests of company products.
- Coordinate the development of the Quality Management System.
- Prepare and update quality management system documents (e.g., Quality Manual, Quality System Procedures).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Develop audit schedules, conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and draft non-conformance reports.
- Implement necessary corrective and preventive actions.
