One of our client is a Japanese company engage in construction business. They currently looking for these three positions:
SAP Staff
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree of Accounting/Tax or equivalent .
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have working experience using SAP (system).
Responsibility:
- Handling daily SAP (data base etc.)
- Performing Account Reconciliations.
- Maintaining the General Ledger.
- Preparing Tax Reconciliation.
- Assisting with Audit preparations.
- Performing other Accounting duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree of Accounting/Tax or equivalent .
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar handling tax & preferably handle tax in construction company.
Responsibility:
1. Handling daily VAT transaction.
2. Prepare monthly tax confirmation of VAT to suppliers.
3. Support payment
4. Prepare monthly tax reporting and equalization for VAT.
5. Handling petty cash operation.
6. Handling daily VAT checking document for VAT-in and out and related customs document.
7. Prepare monthly VAT Report by e-filling.
8. Prepare monthly VAT balance confirmation with all supplier and follow up it.
9. Prepare VAT reconciliation for Tax Audit.
Annual Accounting Audit (External audit) AstMan (prefer experienced with Construction company)
Responsibilities:
• Plan effective auditing processes
• Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Prefer perform audits of construction company
• Explain audit findings and recommend solutions
• Manage subordinate(s)
• Inspect internal systems and controls
• Assess risk management tactics
• Report systematic errors or fraud indicators
• Investigate specific issues regulatory bodies bring forward
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skills: Auditing (accounting finance), investigating financial statements, external accounting auditor, reviews the financial information of a company and reports on findings, Annual Accounting Audit (External Audit), perform audits of construction company, experienced in Accounting Firm(s) are welcome.
- Required language: English
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jl. Jendral Gatot Subroto.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
