Job description:
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing the calendars of executives and key personnel within the manufacturing company.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, both internal and external. This involves booking meeting rooms, arranging for necessary equipment, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them to relevant participants.
- Maintaining and organizing physical and electronic documents, including contracts, reports, and other important records.
- Make travel arrangements for company employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Responsible for general office management tasks, such as ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Responsible for data entry tasks, including updating employee records, maintaining attendance records, and inputting data into spreadsheets or databases.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks (tasks based on the needs of the company)
