Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle month end closing and ensure the accuracy to be in accordance with PSAK (adopted IFRS)
- Analysis of financial performance result (high level review of Balance Sheet and Profit Loss.
- Support governance enhancement in sister company.
- Giving advise to sales department and sister companies related accounting and other financial matters.
- Involve and responsible in business accounting activities such as AR/AP Confirmation preparation and reconciliation, stock taking , budgeting, support financial audit and others.
- Update with PSAK/IFRS.
- Have good understanding on Business and operational process.
- Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS and PSAK
- Understanding of the latest tax regulations, including International Tax Regulations
- Understanding of internal control procedures in Indonesia
- In-depth knowledge of SAP, including accounting modules
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including functions related to data analysis.
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as an assistant manager in the accounting department
- Experience in Big 4 public accounting firm or 2nd tier public accounting firm.
- Experience in trading / retail company is preferable.
- Experience in preparing accurate and compliant financial statements.
- Experience in managing an accounting team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong teamwork skills, including the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Strong leadership potential, including the ability to make decisions and direct a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university
- Experience working in a multinational company.
- Willing to be assigned to a sister company (preferable).
- Willing to travel between South Jakarta to East Jakarta
